Full-timeWe are seeking Floor Technician to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents.
As a Floor Technician, you will impact the lives of our members and residents through providing a clean environment at all times.
Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of othersWhat You'll Do:Responsible for cleanliness and servicing of assigned area, care of cleaning equipment.
Efficient expenditures of soaps, waxes, polishes, and similar supplies. Clean, mop, and treat floors; strip, wax, and buff floors as needed. Vacuum all carpet; shampoo carpet as directed.
Mix/dilute housekeeping chemicals and products according to instructions.
Report issues of department equipment when it is not in good working condition in accordance with manufacturer's operational standards.
Detect and correct, or report, hazardous conditions that have a possibility of causing accidents or injuries to residents, employees, or visitors.
What You'll Bring:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in customer service.
Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.
Working knowledge of proper cleaning procedures.
A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
