    Job Description
    • Help Trainer prepare daily activities for new hires
    • Help train new hires on the production floor training line and throughout the facility
    • Act as back-up for New Hire Orientation (NEO) facilitator
    • Responsible for security, cleanliness, and 6S organization of training area(s) and maintaining inventory accuracy
    • Lead new employees to ensure skills development and safety objectives are achieved
    • Motivate new employees to perform their best and familiarize them with MasterBrand practices, organizational culture, processes, and policies
    • Effectively partner with plant leadership and other HR staff to anticipate and respond to training and staffing needs
    • Assist with hiring events and employee engagement activities
    • Participates in physical inventory
    • Occasionally work overtime and weekends
    • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
    • Action-oriented, energized by challenges
    • Good at giving clear directions and assisting others to meet objectives
    • Excellent observation skills with attention to detail
    • Functional and technical knowledge of a wide range of workstations, equipment, machines, and roles throughout the facility
    • Approachable, trustworthy, proficiency in interpersonal skills
    • Computer skills: Workday, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
