We are looking for a Mitigation Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and is passionate about helping people through stressful and uncertain situations.
This is a lead-your-team, solve-real-problems, make-a-difference-every-day role.
What You'll Do
Manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish
Lead field technicians and crew chiefs on emergency service jobs
Scope losses and create mitigation plans
Ensure proper drying techniques and documentation are followed
Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines
Maintain job files in accordance with industry standards
Perform site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership skills in a field environment
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Experience In Water/fire Mitigation Or Restoration Preferred
Knowledge of drying principles and job documentation
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
Bonus if you have:
WRT Certification through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
ASD Certification
Xactimate experience
Previous project management or crew leadership experience
