    About the Role

    You'll provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients with diverse interests and needs. Your schedule is adaptable, typically in the afternoons or evenings, allowing you to balance this role with your other obligations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Outdoor Activities: Walks, bike rides, park visits, or nature trails.
    • Creative Pursuits: Cooking new recipes, arts and crafts, music, or photography.
    • Community Engagement: Attending events, shopping trips, or volunteering.
    • Daily Living Support: Assisting with routines, household tasks, and organization.
    • Fitness & Wellness: Supporting exercise, swimming, or mindfulness practices.
    • Technology Help: Assisting clients with apps, social media, or other tools.

    Your role is to provide guidance, encouragement, and safety while supporting your clients' individual goals and preferences.

    Work Schedule

    • Variable Hours: Hours depend on client needs and caseload size.
    • Afternoon/Evening Shifts: Ideal for balancing with school, family, or another job.
    • Growth Opportunities: Potential to expand to full-time by taking on more clients.
