    Job Overview


    PES is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate function which supports our corporate real estate portfolio across our Pretium Operating Companies.

    In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with project management, data analytics, technology, lease administration and database management, programmatic governance and controls, and management and stakeholder reporting.

    The preferred location for this opportunity is Charlotte, NC.

    What You'll Do


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Program Management:
    Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs including sub-projects and related initiatives

    Manages governance, controls, planning, schedule, resources, reporting and risk

    Ensures quality and compliance, implementing corrective action where necessary, to ensure cohesion between individual projects and the overall program

    Communicates key performance indicators and program metrics to the appropriate parties

    Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve program and project goals

    Makes appropriate changes to policies, procedures, and efficiencies to meet objectives


    Business Strategy:
    Collaborates with business units and senior executives to understand strategic and tactical real estate and occupancy needs, aligning the goals and purpose of programs and projects to wider strategic objectives

    Develops cases to outline and justify program-level initiatives in accordance with organizational planning


    Relationship Development:
    Develops influential relationships with landlords, property managers, vendors, business leaders, and other key stakeholders in support of program success

    Assists with Third Party Vendor selection, negotiations, issues resolution, and ongoing relationship management for assigned initiatives


    Technology Management:
    Leads the real estate technology implementation, analytics, document management, and reporting across the portfolio


    Workplace Services:
    Assists with the activities associated with workplace services including facilities management, project management, vendor management, KPI reporting, benchmarking, and administrative functions, in support of the needs of the operating companies

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of real estate management, site selection or lease administration experience, basic zoning, site plan, LOI/lease negotiation, and construction experience

    Demonstrated ability to effectively establish relationships with and interact with the real estate community including landlords, property managers and brokers

    Demonstrated skills in the areas of lease and contract negotiations

    A basic knowledge of how government zoning requirements, hearings, and permit approvals work

    Ability to perform market research and review market data and develop recommendations and solutions

    Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent presentation skills

    Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills

    Strong customer service and results orientation

    Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, except where prohibited pursuant to state or local law
