- Develop strategic plans in support of business objectives and establish budgets, policies, timetables, labor and capital requirements to support those plans.
- Lead the Production and Supply Chain departments including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Establish and achieve objectives and KPIs in sales, profit, on-time performance, productivity, safety, and rework/scrap.
- Improve operational waste through the deployment of lean practices, OPEX, and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- 5-10 years of experience in hands-on leadership managing the manufacturing of products.
- Experience leading supply chain and/or logistics supporting manufacturing.
- Experience in successful change management and operational excellence improvements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of ERP software. Oracle a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus.
