Insight Global Health is looking for a skilled physical therapist to join one of their healthcare clients in the Fort Myers, FL area in multiple outpatient settings. The therapist will be responsible for:

• Examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions
• Determining a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention
• Responsible for one on one patient care and an estimated volume of a maximum of 10 patients per day
• Reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability
• Promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages

Must Have:

-Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy

-Physical Therapy License in state of FL

-BLS

Plus:

-Any Certifications: LPT, DPT, OCS, etc

-Experience with EPIC

-experience working in the ED/ER and outpatient

Hours: 8-4:30PM ; 5 8hr shifts a week, M-F (2-3 weekend shifts per month)
