To fulfill that mission, HRTA is transforming into a lean, agile, customer-centric, and highly collaborative team.The Lead Scrum Master role is a critical role in our HR digital factory team that is focused on deploying low-code solutions in Workday and ServiceNow.
We are organized into six scrum teams, each with product owner, platform configurators, and testers. The role of the Scrum Master is to be the servant leader of the scrum team.The scrum team uses an agile scrum development methodology, which allows the team to self-organize to deliver with speed and quality and ensures sustainability and continuous improvement of the team's ability to deliver.
Key responsibilities:
Support iteration execution
by facilitating team events (Backlog Refinement, Team Planning, Team Sync, Review, Retrospective), strong collaboration with the Product Owner, and synchronization with ART's cadence.
by visualizing the team's work, measuring and optimizing flow, and coaching built-in quality practices.
Build a high-performing team
by creating a psychologically safe environment, fostering strong collaboration on and amongst agile teams, and coaching with powerful questions.
Facilitate PI planning
with excellent preparation. Draft PI plans, create team PI objectives, and review final plans and business value.
Improving ART performance
by facilitating cross-team collaboration, building trust with stakeholders through delivered commitments, coaching IP iterations, helping the team inspect & adapt, and facilitating the problem-solving workshop.
An ideal candidate has the following skills:

And the following experience:
3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master/Team Coach of a scrum/kanban team configuring features in ServiceNow or Workday
Turning a low-morale team into a high-performing team
Co-developing ART flow metrics and successfully improving ART performance
Successfully managing dependencies across functional silos
