    Description

    Representing a leader in the industry, we are searching for an experienced Mechanical Engineer, minimum of 5 years as a consulting engineer in the MEP/FP areas.

    You will be joining the team of engineers to work in a collaborative and innovative work environment on a variety of diverse and impactful projects for the community.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design of mechanical systems
    • Ability to coordinate design with a PM, Senior Team members, outside architects, owners and others as needed
    • Participate in QA/QC process
    • Assist in creating project scheduling requirements & project budgets
    • Assist with construction admin & field investigation tasks, including field inspections & reports
    • RFI's, CO's, Bulletins & Agendas as needed
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    • 5 years' experience as a consulting engineer in the A & E industry
    • PE License preferred
    • Pursuit of PE a MUST
    • AutoCAD and REVIT
    • Knowledge of local codes
    • Ability & desire to remain at the forefront of technological advancement
    • Understanding of building construction processes & systems
    Candidates must be able to multi-task; problem-solve; work as part of a team, but also able to work independently.
