- Manage and facilitate warehouse projects and efficiency initiatives.
- Manage and track efficiencies of all warehouse equipment.
- Provide support and direction for project implementations.
- Prepare KPI updates and presentations.
- Assist in the evaluation and update of SOP's.
- Implement Best Practices
- Evaluate and improve operations specifically in space optimization, LGV efficiency, and the effectiveness of processes.
- Evaluate and maintain all equipment utilizing both our in-house maintenance department and contractors (LGVs, forklifts, recycle equipment, conveyors, etc.)
- Assist in development of analytical tools designed to improve operational efficiencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing and implementing projects.

- Shift work including days, evenings, overnight shifts, and up to 12 hrs.

- Ability to work outdoors occasionally, exposed to outside conditions, for short periods of time

- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including (but not limited to) bump cap, safety steel toe shoes and safety glasses
