The Warehouse and/or Quality Manager position is primarily responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals and objectives within an assigned functional area or account. We are looking for candidates with a desire to grow and learn in an automotive environment.

This Production Supervisor position is responsible for the daily operation of their respective area of the assembly line and the direction of the hourly workforce to achieve and exceed distribution center performance goals of production, employee relations, safety, service quality and cost.

salary: $75,000 - $77,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Advanced level of Microsoft systems, excellent communication skills, conflict resolution and leadership abilities/ Critical thinking abilities, interpersonal skills, time and priority management. Ability to problem solve. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred - Knowledge/Experience in transportation environment (i.e., shipping, receiving and inventory management, distribution or dispatch preferred.- Responsible for attainment of productivity goals resolving customer issues.

The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
