    Physical Therapist Position Overview:

    Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
    - Conduct thorough evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans.
    - Execute and monitor treatment plans, leveraging therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.

    Physical Therapist Qualifications:
    - Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a valid state license.
    - Preferred minimum of 2 years' outpatient clinical experience; new-grads are welcome to apply.
    - Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
    - Stellar interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and rapport with patients and colleagues.
    - Dedication to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
    - Ability to thrive both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
    - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
