Key Responsibilities:

• To assess, diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities or injuries using evidence-based practices.

Physical therapists work on promoting health, wellness, preventing disease, and injury prevention as well as rehabilitation of individuals who suffer from chronic diseases or disorders including but not limited to CVA, burns spinal cord injury etc.

1. Providing education to the patient about how to perform exercises safely at home.
2. Demonstrating correct techniques for performing functional activities.
