    Comprised of People and Media Operations; leads operational capability, platform, best practice governance, and resource mobilization and orchestration across OMDs end-to-end workflow. The Business Operations role requires a deep understanding of client business requirements, confirming rapid adaptation to the evolving needs of the business.

    This resource is embedded on the US Central Operations Team, ultimately accountable to OMD's Chief Operating Officer.

    Qualifications:

    8-10 years Digital Media/Operations experience at a large media agency

    Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing required or equivalent work experience

    Knowledge of Digital Media environment (inclusive of platforms and/or channels)

    Essential skills and experience:

    Director level experience and collaboration

    Excellent communication and problem solving skills

    6-8 years leadership experience

    Significant digital and ad tech experience

    Significant project management experience handling deadlines with reliance on

    collaboration across multiple teams

    Significant experience of managing large teams and operating in a senior operations focused

    role

    Experience of overseeing or having worked on major client engagements that deliver

    against business objectives, results and/or transformation

    Experience onboarding new clients with accelerated timelines

    Core Responsibilities:

    Help establish Business Operations role and community at OMD

    Deployment of Quarterly Account Audit across client teams

    Lead business transformations resulting from gap assessments

    Successfully onboard new clients within 90 days or less

    Oversight of other operational functions (Media and Finance) and priority initiatives

    Set best practices for effective resource management & utilization

    Oversight of One Workflow & Automation Implementation

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Identify strategic operational process improvements through workflow definition, platform implementation & audit, and process engineering?

    Consult and confirm implementation governance and best practices, ensure training compliance across platforms?

    Ensure resources are mobilized and utilized in the optimum way in terms of productivity, with a view to maximizing strategic output and efficiencies for ongoing service delivery and exceeding client expectations across client teams

    Confirm resource orchestration across departments (Planning, Investment, Marketing Science, Finance, Project Management, HR); escalate to Leadership resource constraints and talent requirements

    Lead integration and connectivity between cross-functional teams (e.g. Planning, Integrated Investment, Marketing Science, Finance, Project Management) - inclusive of integration between onshore and offshore resources

    Confirm operational best practices with Project Management, embedding media expertise into workflow definitions and project timelines (e.g. client and deliverable expectations, turnaround times, client escalations, client-facing deliverable consistency)

    Audit process workflow and media enablement, platform implementation, and digital architectures?

    Deliver cost-savings and efficiencies with process refinement, offshoring, and automation?, collaborating with Data Operations and Marketing Science

    Deploy Omnicom toolsets and utilities to streamline operational workflow and client delivery (e.g. Omni, PlanIt, Microsoft Teams, Taxonomy Builder etc.), partner with discipline leads and L&D to confirm team edification across core utilities

    Partner with Omni expeditors, confirming cross-department Omni edification, engagement, and utilization

    Compensation Range: $90,000 - $215,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
