Assesses, plans, implements and documents individual and group activities geared towards facilitating patient recovery.
Job Responsibility
Works with clinical staff to assist in assessment and analyses of patient needs in order to provide appropriate interventions during groups and milieu activities.
Provides milieu skills coaching for patients utilizing the therapeutic framework of the program.
Assists in the evaluation of patient progress and works with clinical staff to develop and recommend plan-of-care modifications.
Works with clinical team to formulate and help implement individualized therapeutic plans of care.
Participates in outcome research to improve clinical care and assists in program development.
Assesses program needs and prepares orders for supplies. Maintains inventory of program supplies to ensure availability on demand.
Provides documentation and feedback on patient participation in the activities program and participates in case conferences with other staff members.
Job Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Sociology or related Behavioral Health field, required.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $58,500-$75,012/year
