Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Programmer - SGML/XML Expert to support government in a remote flexibility position.

ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Provide SGML/XML expertise and software development for Navy ILS data types
• Develop in RWS XML Professional Publisher (XPP) publishing and RWS' Contenta/ContentaWeb authoring environments
• Design and document new processes, obtaining organizational feedback. Communicate process flows or requirements to staff for software development efforts or as part of procedural training
• Install application software and core database software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
• Plan, test, and execute continuity of operations plans for all applicable systems
• Ensure quality code deployment and change control
• Function effectively in a team environment
• Meet with subject matter experts to gather process information and/or requirements
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technological writing or a related field and three years of related professional experience
• Meet IAT Level II requirements; at minimum an approved baseline certification of one of the following: Security+, CCNA Security, Network+, Certified Network Defender (CND), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum ten years of experience in software development
• Five years of experience with RWS XML Professional Publisher publishing environment
• Five years of development experience with software development for Navy ILS data types
