    Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.     Responsibilities include:
    • Pressure washes outside of casino, decks, entrances to the casino, and other areas as needed and/or as directed.
    • Clean ground and remove litter.
    • Remove all trash from parking lot as needed.
    • Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
    • Water lawn and shrubs; trim plants as needed.
    • Clean out drainage, ditches, and culverts.
    • Maintain cleanliness of outside smoking area
    • Maintain parking lots and adjacent areas in a sanitary manner.
    • Make minor repairs on equipment such as lawn mower, spreader, and snow removal equipment.
    • This is a uniformed position, which requires that Team Member's are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.

    • Facilities maintenance in hospitality or a related field or grounds keeping/landscaping experience.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic finishing.
    • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with issues.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
