    $200,000 - $240,000 / year


    0-1.9 years of experience = $200,000 base salary plus $10,000 bonus incentive paid out quarterly based on having all your notes closed by the end of every month.

    2-5.9 years of experience = $210,000 base salary plus $10,000 bonus incentive

    6+ years of experience = $220,000 base salary plus $10,000 bonus incentive

    also, the Medical Director opening in Milford - $240,000/yr.

    Provider s Role with the

    Company :


    Full-time clinicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions (32 hours total) and two administrative sessions (8 hours total) each week.

    Administrative sessions can be completed

    remotely .

    The work-day is split into two clinical sessions. The morning session (8am-12noon) and the afternoon session (1pm-5pm, last appointment scheduled around 4:20).

    Call responsibilities are light and can be taken by phone only. Either 2 week-day call shifts a month or one weekend call shift a month

    Part Time or Full Time Roles Available. Must be comfortable with working 1 evening shift every 2 weeks (until 7pm).

    Physicians see 20-22 patients a day.
