Responsibilities
- Provide core rod preform design engineering controlling optical fiber properties VAD OVD processes Work internal teams external suppliers match core properties overclad material optimize core preform optical yields Support daily operation core preform analyzer equipment meet production targets drive continuous improvement Responsible utilization data feedback multiple departments maintain high product quality output
