Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our corrugated manufacturing operation. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and performance of high-speed corrugating and converting equipment during overnight production hours.Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair corrugating and converting equipment including: Corrugators, double backers, wet end systems Flexo folder gluers, die cutters, printers, stackers, and conveyors Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on motors drives sensors VFDs gearboxes chains bearings hydraulics pneumatics Support production by responding to breakdowns minimizing downtime restoring equipment safely efficiently Execute preventive predictive maintenance activities improve equipment reliability Read interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawings OEM documentation Assist with machine startups changeovers continuous improvement initiatives Accurately document work performed communicate issues shift handoff Maintain strong focus safety housekeeping lockout/tagout compliance
