    The Scheduler Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the scheduling of study activities across various departments to optimize the utilization of shared research technologist resources.

    This dynamic position involves collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Study Directors, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Leads, to manage and adjust scheduled assignments, maximize resource capacity, accommodate changes, and minimize scheduling errors.

    Additionally, the role involves coordinating staff training to align technicians' skills with study requirements.
    Efficiently allocate staff, equipment, and workspace resources across various studies within the organization.
    Manage scheduling for weekends, holidays, and coordinate reassignments during absences and vacations.
    Facilitate training programs to enhance the capabilities of the technical team.
    60 per hour.

    Bachelor's Degree in biomedical field or equivalent, and two years in a laboratory or animal care setting, or at least five years in a laboratory or animal care setting.
