Family-owned, eastside developer that manages several properties on the west coast and has an excellent reputation. Seeking a Project Accountant who can do everything from AP, AR, reconciliations and additional accounting tasks. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the financial success of projects through meticulous accounting practices and strong communication skills.

Overview of Project Accountant Role:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle monthly draws and financial reporting with precision and timeliness.
• Expertly post transactions into QuickBooks, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and transparency.

Preferred qualifications of the Project Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in project accounting within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
