    Description

    Hospice Home Administrative Assistant, Full-time

    This role supports hospice home operations with administrative duties ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

    • Key responsibilities include:
    • Communicate census data to the main office regarding admissions, deaths, and bed availability.
    • Maintain patient medical records in accordance with agency policies and procedures. This includes preparing initial charts, communication forms for medical administration records dietary pharmacy orders physician correspondence family updates re-certifications audits clinical staff access paperwork filing chart breakdown general organization of paperwork office supplies team meeting agenda notes care plans weekly meetings facility tours general administrative support for directors managers team leaders maintaining confidentiality performing other assigned tasks.
