    Description

    Malouf is hiring a detail-oriented Credit/Treasury Analyst who will be responsible for preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and analyzing credit data and financial information of individuals or companies to determine the risk involved in lending money to them. In this position, you will evaluate creditworthiness, develop credit scoring models, and approve or reject credit applications. You will also work in large data sets to produce reports used by management.
    This is a full-time in-office position, M-F.
    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly cash and other reports
    • Customer setup and account maintenance, including credit references, contact name and address changes, etc.
    • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure customer creditworthiness and minimize risk of financial loss
    • Analyze financial data and credit reports to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers
    • Establish credit limits and payment terms for customers based on their creditworthiness and payment history
    • Establish and maintain company credit and collection policies
    • Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are made on time and in accordance with established terms
    • Communicate with customers to address any credit-related issues and resolve disputes
    • Work closely with sales, customer service, and accounts receivable teams to ensure efficient and effective credit management
    • Manage collections efforts with collection agencies/attorneys
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit management
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, including credit hold reports, bad debt reports, new credit application reports, and accounts receivable summaries
    • Other related duties

    • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
    • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
