Personal Injury Attorney – Jenkintown, PA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney. This is a temporary to permanent position. The ideal Candidate will be experienced in personal injury litigation and primarily collaborate with trial attorneys as well as conducting depositions, legal research and writing to support legal proceedings. The candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable working autonomously while relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.

Responsibilities

· Review and draft routine legal documents and conduct legal research

· Create and maintain case files and be able to handle cases from inception to trial

· Maintain Court Calendar/Docket as needed

· Attend and handled depositions (personal injury claims)4

· Attend and handle Court hearings and proceedings as needed

· Assist and meet with clients and maintain valued relationships with internal and external vendors

· Facilitate organization strategies to meet Court deadlines efficiently

· Participate in fact investigation and the negotiation of legal disputes

· Adhere to HIPAA and other state and federal compliance regulations/laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• J.D. from an accredited law school required
• Barred in Pennsylvania and in (NJ is a plus) and in good standing with the Bar Association
• Prior personal injury litigation experience
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania and New Jersey Court systems
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and legal databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of standard MS Office Suite and Legal Research Search Engines

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
