    Job Description: As an SBA Lender, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating small business lending activities, driving growth, and fostering relationships with clients. This position offers a competitive base salary, bonus structure, and a flexible hybrid schedule, providing an ideal balance between remote work and in-office collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Originate, underwrite, and close SBA loans while adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
    • Evaluate loan applications, financial statements, and credit reports to assess risk and determine creditworthiness.
    • Collaborate with business owners, commercial clients, and internal stakeholders to structure loan packages that meet their financing needs.
    • Maintain a portfolio of SBA loans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for portfolio growth and risk mitigation.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and support throughout the loan process.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in SBA lending regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lending with a focus on SBA lending.
    • Strong credit background with the ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and credit risk.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
    • Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
