    We are seeking qualified Senior Construction Manager to support the Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Regions.
    15+ Years Construction Manager on both small and large construction projects: $Bachelor's Degree (BSCE Preferred)
    ~ Professional Engineer- PE and/or Certified Construction Manager- CCM (Both Preferred)
    ~ Construction Scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and PSP certified (Both Preferred)
    ~ Contract and Task Management
    ~ CMI Team Building & Training
    ~ Construction Partnering Expertise

    Oral Presentation Skills for Client Interviews (In-Person & Virtual)
    Proposal Writing- Technical and Task Proposals
    Construction Progress Reports for Status Reports and Invoicing
    Construction Schedule Reviews & Reports
    Microsoft Office Applications incl. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access
    Construction Management Services for Mid-Atlantic Regional clients including:
    MDOT Maryland State Highway Administration
    Local Counties and Municipalities throughout the region
    Construction Management Software including familiarity with:
    Oracle Unifier & Primavera P6 Scheduling Software
    Other related construction management software

    ~ Must be willing to work nights and overtime, when required by the project assignment
