    We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as the Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on all matters related to finance.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
    Fiscal Operations
    • Direct all accounting, billing, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting treasury activities.
    Critical Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification strongly preferred.
    • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in senior-level finance positions within healthcare or nonprofit sectors is desired.
