    Description


    Mission-minded organization seeking a primary care physician (FM/IM or Med/Peds) to join established and busy practice in a modern, recently renovated facility.

    High earning potential over 300K and onsite support with a very collegial group, this is an ideal position for somebody who wants to design their practice.

    Option for 4 day week and Visa sponsorships.


    Practice Details:

    • Join a highly regarded group of 2 Family Medicine physicians and team of APPs in a busy, established practice - You'll be busy on Day 1.
    • Impressive onsite ancillary programs to assist in management of patients and impressive referral process for continuity of care
    • Providers enjoy exceptional work/life balance covering only 3 weekends of phone-only call per year

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary plus incentives (over $300,000) with plenty of time off including 5 weeks paid vacation and 480 hours sick time/year
    • Full benefits package including a lucrative sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, paid relocation and more

    This quaint community is situated on the mighty Vermillion River approximately only one hour southwest of Chicago.

    With many outdoor activities including golf, hiking in our city parks and national forest preserves, there is plenty of things to do for the whole family.

    Close proximity to Starved Rock State Park, one of the most visited and popular State Park's in Illinois. A community growing strong with a recent vibrant refresh of its charming downtown & City Park. Appreciate the safety of a quaint community, but close enough for a night in the city.
