- The Regional Sales Director is accountable for overseeing and guiding a network of independent insurance agents to boost sales of our automotive product range in the western U.S. region. This involves acquiring new customer accounts and nurturing existing dealer relationships.
- Drive sales growth through acquiring new business and fostering agency relationships.
- Collaborate with agents to devise and implement strategies for sales revenue growth, leading to additional product sales to current clients.
- Collect customer insights and offer solutions to enrich the customer experience.
- Establish and sustain relationships with senior personnel at customer accounts.
- Conduct financial reviews with executive ownership of all dealership groups in the region.
- Employ CRM to actively monitor and analyze sales leads and customer interactions to enhance customer relationships and boost sales.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree.
- Prior sales management experience is necessary.
- 5-7 years of automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Must have strong leadership qualities, including team management and motivation skills.
- High emphasis on customer service, showcasing excellent listening, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of generating sales outcomes in an assigned territory.
- Demonstrate an organized problem-solving approach.
- Own vehicle required with a good driving record.
- Able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car.
