As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial planning and decision support to drive business growth and help shape future success. Join a dynamic, lean team in helping prepare and analyze various deliverables to measure and report financial and operational results. Reporting to a sharp Director of FP&A with a dotted line to the CFO in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define & build financial forecasts, dashboards & metrics that track business performance.
• Partner with functional leaders and plant leadership to develop quarterly reforecasts, annual budgets, and five-year strategic plans.
• Create & scale operational and financial processes that drive strategic insight across the company.
• Develops and analyzes data sets using large spreadsheet applications with complex formulas.
• Prepares Variance Analysis and Operational reports cross-functional areas.

Requirements

• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in Financial Planning/FP&A
• Proficiency with Excel
