- Facilitate Tenant repair requests and follow up
- Review and approve vendor invoices
- Provide administrative and general office support
- Write professional letters and memo's
- Track vendor/tenant insurance certificates
- Obtain vendor estimates, schedule and coordinate vendor jobs & track work progress
- Review vendor invoicing for work ordered
- Tenant utility tracking
- Maintain tenant, vendor and property files/management books, including lease abstracts, phone lists,
- etc. Keep key log & distribute keys accordingly
- Maintain property regular maintenance work schedule; schedule and coordinate maintenance
- Assist with budget preparation, getting quotes, CAM reconciliations, etc
- 5+ years of property management experience in a commercial setting
- Experience handling multiple retail properties
- Strong knowledge with Commercial Retail Leases
- Strong excel spreadsheet knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job DescriptionCV Resources has partnered with an established Real Estate Company for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team full time. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and property performance. This person will have their Real Estate license or be willing to obtain theirs.
This role will be in office in Carlsbad and then after 90 days and then hybrid.
Pay is based on experience.
