    As a

    Clinical Lead Behavioral Health,


    you will provide supervision, leadership, ongoing training needs and staff development to assigned team members, who care for clients with the most intensive needs and severe to extreme impairments in functioning.

    Responsibilities include


    ensuring documentation and role-based productivity standards are met as evidenced by KPI data and center report cards, compliance with policy and procedures and continuity of care.

    Collaboration with Quality management, Accreditation and PSR Coordinators will be necessary to ensure alignment with the Strategic Plan, the mission/goals of Field Services, the PSR Philosophy and a recovery-oriented model of care, as measured by monthly QM reports.

    Supervision includes time and absence management, performance evaluations, direction of staff meetings, serving on committees and regular interaction with clients to ensure client satisfaction and quality management.

    It may be necessary to provide direct services when needed; including but not limited to assessment, psychotherapy and crisis response.

    To be considered for the Clinician position , you are required to have a master's degrees in social work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC.

    OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.
    We will consider filling this position as a

    Human Relations Counselor .

    Human Relations Counselors must have master's degrees in counseling and LAPC licensure, as well as be within two years of LPCC licensure.

    Details regarding licensure status and the number of training hours already obtained must be submitted with the application.
    OR a master's degree in social work and LMSW licensure
    OR a master's degree in counseling and LPC licensure
    Requires valid driver's license and completion of defensive driving course.

    Location:
    ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model.

    This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location.
