Controller Multi-Site Specialty Products Manufacturing

Our client is a successful and growing middle-market manufacturer of specialty products with ambitious long term growth plans.

The company is experiencing significant growth (both organic and acquisitive) and is seeking a financial leader to support local and corporate leadership teams across multi-location operations.

We are seeking a hands-on leader to strategically partner with the CFO while supporting the executive team.

You will be called on to raise the standard for robust and timely reporting across multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities including the preparation of monthly financial statements and board level reporting packages.

Ideally you will have a CPA, MBA or other financial designation and have a strong technical background in financial accounting, reporting, analysis and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.

You will have a history of implementing robust process and systems while creating effective KPI dashboards to enhance operational effectiveness within a complex, growth focused, high performance enterprise.

Your background experience will include exposure to the rigorous practices seen in aerospace, automotive, medical device, consumer products, electronics and/or EMS manufacturing environments.
