We are a full-service mechanical security company (locksmith) and we also provide electronic security solutions (access control, CCTV, intercom, alarm systems, and more). WSG has local offices in Seattle, Renton and Tacoma.

    We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Logistics Specialist. The Logistics Specialist will play a crucial role in our operations by facilitating the timely and secure delivery of our aftermarket security products to our clients.

    Job Description

    Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials and documents to customers and stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service. In this position you are required to represent Watson Security/KENDELL professionally. This position requires the ability to pass a MVR to be insured under KENDELL's insurance policy.
    • Conduct vehicle inspections before departing to deliver materials
    • Pack and load construction materials onto trucks according to company specifications
    • Unload materials on site in designated areas specified by the customers/clients
    • Assist in Shipping and Receiving
    • Deliver to designated sites including job sites, construction zones, drop-off sites, and other KENDELL facilities
    • Review deliveries with customers to ensure materials/orders are accurate and not damaged
    • Maintain communication between internal staff and customers
    • Communicate with internal and external staff to problem-solve any discrepancies with shipments
    • Communicate schedules and delays to customer/clients and internal staff
    • Obtain delivery confirmations form each customer/client
    Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in courier or delivery services preferred.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
    • Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
    • Commitment to safety protocols and practices.

    Salary: $22-$26/hr DOE

    Hours: Standard business hours are 8am-5pm
