We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales and Service Specialist to join our team at Monro, Inc.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This position offers a competitive salary range, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales and Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest care and assisting in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires. This role involves strong sales presentations, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing a superior guest care experience and building trust with customers
Scheduling appointments and making sales presentations
Responsible for estimate and invoice transactions, as well as customer care and work order completion
Partnering with management to produce a safe and healthy work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A high school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
One year of related experience in the automotive service environment
Strong verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
