- Candidate must be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a current driver's license with a good driving record (required)
- Be able to walk, stand, bend and lift as needed
- Journeyman or Master Plumber License (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Plumbing installation with relationship to general HVAC equipment replacement.
- Experience troubleshooting plumbing issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Follow national codes, state and local building regulations.
- Capable of lifting approximately 50lbs and may occasionally lift up to 100lbs with assistance.
