Job summary
Completes all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with safety policies and regulations Ensures proper tool documentation/reaction mechanisms exist and submits updates to content Leads in expertise of executing area operations to ensure throughput needs are accomplished Resolves or escalates issues that could cause yield loss, excursions, defects, tool restrictions, or output loss in an urgent manner Applies SPC FDC and 8D methodology to process optimization testing creating and modifying process related procedures disposition of lots to increase the tool availability turns through systematic problem solving Monitors analyzes addresses SPC issues for area processes daily partners with Process Owners to resolve chronic SPC failures in the area Analyzes data using various application engineering knowledge makes critical process decisions Performs project work optimizes wafer processing increases area wafer outs Updates helps create procedures aligns with area global practices supports training execution Ensures assessor checklists documents kept up-to-date Bachelor Master degree Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Material Science Physics Other engineering fields may be considered In-depth understanding working knowledge SPC Design Experiments Proficient scripting programming visualization tools Python Java Tableau Matlab Microsoft Suite Excellent verbal written communication skills Experience knowledge data collection warehousing systems cleansing Hands-on experience field data analytics databases Intermediate understanding Fab areas equipment supporting systems Strong time management organization prioritization communication skill.
