Must Have:

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of

o Electricity Distribution business

o DMS & SCADA in North American utilities

o Implementation Lifecycle experience

o Business Requirements Gathering

Conducting Workshops and Requirement Gathering sessions
Design, Build, Development & Implementation experience SCADA / ADMS - Preferably Hitachi Energy Network Manager
Solution architecture and technical design experience preferably on Hitachi Energy Network Manager upgrade and implementation
Testing experience in SCADA (mandatory). Preferably Hitachi Energy Network Manager
Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, cross platform testing, component testing, performance testing.
Experience on JIRA
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing developments.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
Experience in writing test scripts

Good to Have:

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
Demonstrated ability to recognize and communicate project risks as well as implement mitigation strategies
bility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges throughout the project development and execution and successfully managing the customer expectations
