    Job Description

    • Responsible for the Quality Management of a small structural business unit
    • Will have 12 direct reports – 5 QE's + technicians
    • Will be the strategic/tactical person to give leadership, development, and guidance to the senior and junior people
    • Will drive continuous improvement projects, compliance, and non-conformance issues to ensure product quality

    Key Requirements

    • 5-7 years in a strong leadership position
    • Aero/Auto/Metal Part Product background
    • Bachelor of Science degree is highly preferred
