- Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
- Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
- Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be detail oriented.

- Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders.
- Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain daily reporting.
- Answering new and existing customers phone calls while following sales processes
- Cold calling, door knocking, meeting with prospective clients when needed
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have one or more years of experience in customer service/commercial sales.
- Must have a working knowledge of CRM programs
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Very detail oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing.
- High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking
- Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Requires 100 % proficiency in product offerings.
- Must be able to demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to: MS Outlook, word, excel, CRM
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time while occasionally out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.

- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods
