  • Job title: Contract Management Analyst
  • The roles are hybrid, current cadence is onsite once a month or more.
  • Own contract portfolios that include contract renewal, purchaser requisition creation, goods receipt, forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, contract kick off, stakeholder meeting, quote gathering (with use of internal sourcing department)
  • Manage contract details in contract management database (currently using BMC Remedy contract management console) (ERRA) Compliance Review) and other proceedings as they affect contract administration.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the Contract Management process, whether to make it more cost-effective, easier and increase efficiency in renewing a contract.
  • Provide back-up support for other members of the Contract Management section to ensure smooth operation of team.
  • Understanding of CPUC and FERC regulatory framework
  • Familiarity SAP and Ariba
