    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Information Technology related or Business
    • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
    • 3+ years NetSuite implementation experience is a must
    • 5+ years of project management experience required. ERP implementation-specific project management experience.
    • Experience in managing a team comprised of business analyst(s), developer(s), and solution architect(s) to efficiently deliver projects
    • Demonstrated high competency in project management resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams
    • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle including Agile methodology
    • Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them
    • Manufacturing industry experience desired
    • Willing to travel 20%

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the successful delivery of projects by effectively managing clients expectations that include work plans, budgets, and quality
    • Identify, track, and manage the program risks, issues, action items and status of all deliverables
    • Report status, work plan updates, and other program management work efforts and keep the Program Director and Sponsors apprised of major progress, issues, and risks
    • Lead scrum and/or project status calls
    • Ensure implementations leverage the appropriate delivery methodology processes and activities
    • Manage complex programs, involving multiple clients, projects, and resources
    • Manage complex stakeholder, vendor and team relationships
    • Aligning Companys capabilities to deliver solutions that meet clients business objectives and achieve high user adoption
    • Facilitate, influence, and build consensus for solutions
    • Responsible for growing existing accounts through the primary relationships established as part of delivery
    • Identify account expansion for other Companys service lines that includes participating in account planning and generating leads with clients project team
