- Provide training and support to production staff on quality control practices and the importance of quality assurance.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to products and processes based on quality metrics and feedback.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements and reliability.
- Review and approve quality documentation, such as inspection reports, test results, and quality certificates.
- Participate in product and process validation activities to confirm that quality requirements are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 to 5 years previous experience in a quality role.
- Ability to perform Internal ISO audits.
- Certification in Quality Engineering.
- Ability to train and develop the production team in best practice and quality inspection technique.
- Strong Microsoft Office application skills, including Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
