Job summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and compassionate care to patients or residents in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility.Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of patient or resident health status,* Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
* Administer medications,treatments,and therapies according to physician orders,
* Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications
* Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)* Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
