    As a Receptionist at our hospitality-focused senior living community, you play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations. Serving as the frontline representative, you will greet residents and visitors, handle inquiries, and assist with various administrative tasks.     Key Responsibilities:

    Front Desk Operations:

    • Welcome residents and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the community.
    • Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
    • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our community.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed, utilizing appropriate software or systems.
    • Support staff members with administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as a liaison between residents, their families, and staff members, relaying messages and requests accurately and promptly.
    • Communicate relevant information to residents regarding community events, activities, and announcements.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure resident needs are met promptly and efficiently.

    Problem Resolution:

    • Address resident inquiries, concerns, or issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
    • Collaborate with the management team to resolve complex problems or escalate issues as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
    • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a hospitality or senior living setting.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite and email platforms.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
