    We are looking for a Collections Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

    Your specific duties will include:

    • Overseeing collection team members.
    • Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and federal regulations.
    • Training staff in understanding the probate and post-bankruptcy recovery processes.
    • Administers collections programs, maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and regulations.
    • Achieving department goals and objectives daily, weekly, and monthly.
    • Answering inbound collection calls and handling and escalated calls.
    Specific qualifications for the position include :
    • Minimum 3 years of recent collections experience.
    • Proficient with financial calculations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint).
    • Excellent leadership skills.
