The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their assigned locations in addition to ensuring guests are met with a clean, inviting environment.Responsibilities
* Responsible for cleaning appliances and machines, emptying trash receptacles, washing, and mopping floors, walls, ceiling, vents, hoods,and bathrooms.* Responsible for washing of small wares and cooking vessels in each area. Ensure items are sanitized,
restocked and in stored in proper areas.* Ensures each guest receives outstanding guest service by adhering
to the company's Standards.
