    The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in increasing the company's market share within key national and regional grocery accounts in the west coast and midwest markets.

    This role will work directly with KeHe and UNIFY and must have sales experience with accounts like Albertsons and Kroger as well as regional grocery retailers in these specific regions.

    My client is a rapidly growing snack brand with products in over 10,000 doors in just under five years.

    They are actively growing their sales team across the US and are in need of a grocery retail sales champion to take on two of their biggest priority regions of the West and Midwest.

    This role has huge opportunity for growth and will represent the brand at major trade shows nationally as well as in headquarter meetings with top grocery retailers across the country.

    The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in increasing the company's market share within key national and regional grocery accounts in the west coast and Midwest markets.

    This role will work directly with KeHe and UNIFY and must have sales experience with accounts like Albertsons and Kroger as well as regional grocery retailers in these specific regions.

    You will be responsible for both acquiring and managing customers and distribution partners across all West and Midwest grocery retailers.

    Leveraging your industry knowledge and experience working with grocery retailers in this market, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing relationships with key retailers, as well as developing new customers at the regional and national level.

    5+ years of experience selling into national grocery retailers such as Albertsons and Kroger as well as experience working with distributors UNIFY and KeHe
    ~ Develop and implement profitable sales strategies to drive and increase market share
    ~ Drive sales with existing accounts in regional and national grocery chains
    ~ Travel 25-50% depending on candidate location
    ~ Cultivate strong relationships with retailers and brokers to maximize sales and distribution opportunities
    ~ Lead strategic planning for your accounts, including promotion calendars, new item introductions, trade management, post-promo effective analysis, and in-market program implementation
    ~ Analyze sales performance using IRI and Nielsen as well as outside market data and research
    ~ Attend industry trade shows to represent the brand and cultivate sales opportunities
