Lake Forest School District 67 is seeking a Girls Short Distance Track Coach for Deer Path Middle School.
Description: The coach oversees all aspects of the girls short distance track competitors. The coach plans and conducts practices for all athletes in their speciality, oversees their meet participation, and communicates with families accordingly. The coach collaborates with the track coordinator and the other track coaches to provide student athletes with a meaningful athletics experience.
Qualifications: Ability to supervise and manage facilities and students. All coaches must hold an Illinois Teaching Certificate registered in Lake County, ASEP certificate (American Sport Education Program) or have completed an approved national Federation of High Schools (NFHS) coaching certification program. Prior experience playing and coaching track is preferred.
Stipend: Per LFEA CBA
